As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.
Meet Joe Llesis
I have been in real estate since 2013. I’d always loved homes and I thought real estate would be a great fit for my personality, so I left my 13-year career in banking behind and became a broker — and now I wouldn’t trade this job for any other!
My life’s mantra is simple: it is to treat others how you would like to be treated. This is something that I carry with me at all times and especially when I am working with clients. I know that as a broker I work in a very competitive industry and it’s important to me that clients would like to work with me. I want them to feel that they hired someone that is not just a professional, but an expert in the field. If they also can call me a "friend" after the transaction has concluded, that’s even better.
There’s nothing better than knowing that my clients are appreciative that I’ve been there each step of the way; from the time I sat down with them during the listing presentation, to negotiating a good price for their home, to finally signing their documents at closing. I work with all kinds of properties and I’ve sold everything from vacant lots to single family and multi-family homes. My clients are also varied, from first-time homebuyers to veterans to those that are looking to upsize. I speak Tagalog and often go to networking events at various Asian and Filipino community centers.
I am currently based out of the John L. Scott Covington Kent Maple Valley office and I am an expert in the Kent-Covington area, but I also work with clients in Everett, Tacoma, Cle Elum, Ellensburg and Seattle.
When I’m not working you can most likely find me spending time with my Weimaraner, Mosby. I also absolutely love orchids and I am always adding to my collection.
Kent
Conveniently located between Seattle and Tacoma, Kent is the third largest city in King County and the second oldest. Despite its size and age, Kent maintains a close-knit community and boasts every modern amenity. Kent is home to the Showare Center, a multi-use events center that hosts concerts and other live events and is the home of the Seattle Thunderbirds hockey team, the Tacoma Stars of the Major Arena Soccer League, and the Seattle Mist of the Legends Football league. Touring shows like the Harlem Globetrotters and Disney on Ice also make stops at the Showare Center. In the heart of downtown, Kent Station is an open-air center for shopping, dining, relaxing and seeing movies. Kent Station also holds events throughout the year like Halloween trick or treating, Easter egg hunts, summer concerts, and pictures with Santa during the holidays. Kent residents love to get outdoors, taking in the views of Mt. Rainier from one of our many parks, biking along the valley trails, and bird watching at the Green River Natural Resources Area. You can find unique and historic homes here as well as newly built ones. If you’re looking for a friendly neighborhood, Kent has you covered. If you’d like to learn more about Kent, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
Reviews
“Joe Llesis was highly recommended by two professionals in the Easton / Cle Elum area where we are retiring. As soon as we contacted him he was immediately available and ready to rock and roll! Above and beyond is the term that best represents Joe's capabilities, and his very likeable personality and witty humor is such a pleasure. Especially with the stress of selling and buying, we knew we were in good hands from the get-go. He did everything, not a stone left unturned. We have a second home to sell and Joe will be front and center when that time comes.”

“Joe recently sold a property I owned, and I was very happy with his service every step of the way. His communication was always on time and informative. When certain things had to happen such as a couple of inspections, he did most of the leg work helping set those up. He also saw the true value of the property, and put in the work to sell it at a considerably higher price than what some of the other realtors I had spoken to previously to wanted to list it for. I would recommend Joe Llesis, and would work with him again.”
